Biogen Teams Builds Bikes for Charity in Cambridge, MABiogen hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Cambridge, Massachusetts. With forty participants gathered from across the country, the goal was to strengthen team relationships during their four-day strategy and team building retreat. The event took place at the Biogen Building 6 Auditorium in Cambridge, providing a familiar yet energizing environment for collaboration and meaningful connection.

Biogen employees unite for Build-A-Bike® event in Cambridge, Massachusetts

The Build-A-Bike® event provided an opportunity for Biogen’s team members from across the country to enhance their communication skills and build camaraderie during their four-day strategy meeting. This team building activity served as a highlight of their gathering, allowing colleagues who normally collaborate remotely to strengthen their relationships through a shared meaningful experience.

During the event, teams competed to be the first to correctly assemble bicycles while navigating fun challenges that fostered collaboration and problem-solving skills. The energy in the room grew as participants engaged with the activity, revealing their true personalities and creating an atmosphere of unity and shared accomplishment.
