Information We Collect
We collect the information you choose to give us. When you request information, ask for a quote, or order a self-facilitated kit, our forms ask for details such as your name, company, email address, phone number, event date, event location, and group size.
We also collect some information automatically when you visit the site. This includes your browser type, device type, pages you view, the website that referred you, and general location based on your IP address. If you arrive from an ad or a marketing link, we may record the campaign details in that link.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our services are designed for businesses and organizations.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to answer your questions, prepare quotes and proposals, plan and deliver your event, process and ship kit orders, and follow up after your event. We may also send you occasional emails about our programs. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link at the bottom of each message.
We use automatically collected information to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Service Providers We Use
We rely on a few trusted service providers to run this website and our business. They only receive the information they need to perform their service for us.
- Zoho. Our request forms are hosted by Zoho Forms, and Zoho CRM stores the details you submit so our team can respond. Your form submission goes directly to Zoho and is not stored on our website server.
- Analytics providers. Services such as Google Analytics help us measure site traffic and see which pages are useful.
- Trustindex. Our review section displays reviews from Google and Trustpilot through Trustindex.
- YouTube. Videos on this site are embedded from YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you play a video.
- Payment processors. When you pay for a kit or an event, a third-party payment processor handles your payment. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our company, our clients, or others.
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores when you visit a website. We use cookies to keep the site working, to remember your preferences, and to measure site traffic. Some of the service providers listed above also set cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, the site will still work, though some features such as embedded videos or forms may not load properly.
Text Messages
When you give us your phone number on a form or to one of our representatives, you agree to receive text messages about your inquiry, your event logistics, or your order. These are one-to-one messages from our team, not automated marketing blasts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your conversation with our team.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. We will send one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance.
We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share it with the providers that help us deliver our messages, such as messaging platforms and phone carriers.
How We Protect Your Information
Our website uses SSL encryption, so information travels between your browser and our site securely. We scan the site regularly for malware and security vulnerabilities. Access to your information inside our company is limited to the team members who need it to serve you.
No website can guarantee complete security. If we ever learn of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you by email within one business day.
Your Privacy Rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing emails or text messages. To make a request, use our contact form or call (800) 872-7830. We will verify your identity before we act on a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. We will honor those rights where they apply.
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so this site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one. You can still control cookies through your browser settings.
California Online Privacy Protection Act
Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), you can visit this site without telling us who you are. We link to this policy from every page of the site, and we post any changes on this page with an updated date at the top.
Email Marketing and CAN-SPAM
We follow the CAN-SPAM Act. Our marketing emails never use false or misleading subject lines. They include our physical business address, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
