Intralox Team Builds Bikes and Enthusiasm in Hanover, Maryland

The Build-A-Bike® event provided a refreshing change of pace for the Intralox team after multiple days of intensive meetings and training. Despite what could have been mental fatigue, the 15 participants approached each activity with exceptional energy and enthusiasm. The team jumped into every challenge with gleeful engagement, demonstrating their strong team spirit and commitment to making the event successful despite its position at the end of a demanding schedule.

Jobe, the team manager, was particularly pleased with the outcomes of the event. Beyond the immediate team-building benefits, he planned to incorporate elements from the Build-A-Bike® activities into the following day’s meeting, extending the impact of the experience. This strategic approach highlights how team-building events can provide valuable methodologies and insights that translate directly back to the workplace. The small size of the group allowed for meaningful interactions and deeper connections among team members, proving that impactful team building experiences don’t necessarily require large numbers of participants.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Intralox for their generous donation to children at Orems Elementary School through Baltimore County Public Schools. We also want to thank Orems Elementary School for their partnership in helping us make a difference in the lives of local students.
