Purchasing Power ended a two-day Marketing Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia with a charity bike build. Forty-five participants competed through team challenges, assembled bikes, and donated them to the Foster Care Support Foundation. Rachel Ewald, who co-founded the organization with her husband over 20 years ago, received the bikes on behalf of the children the foundation serves.
Purchasing Power is an Atlanta-based employee benefits company acquired by PROG Holdings in January 2026. The two-day Marketing Meeting centered on AI strategy, specifically, how to embrace new technology rather than fear it, and was the team’s first major gathering since the acquisition.

The Marketing Meeting pushed the team through two full days of strategy and planning. Sessions covered AI adoption and what growth looks like for a company that has changed significantly since January. Ending it with a Build-A-Bike® event was a deliberate choice, something physical, competitive, and pointed at the community.
Forty-five participants sorted into teams and moved through the challenges. The group had energy to burn. They were competitive and fun from the start. That combination makes for a fast, memorable event, and that is what happened.
The bikes went to the Foster Care Support Foundation. Rachel Ewald received them on behalf of the children the foundation serves. She and her husband built the organization more than two decades ago and have grown it steadily since. This was the third charity bike build Kelsey Greenwood has run with Rachel and the foundation, a partnership built on consistency and trust.
