Fifty leaders came together for their monthly meeting with a fresh focus on giving back. This event aimed to boost collaboration, spark fun, and keep the energy high for future gatherings.

Ritz-Carlton Leaders Celebrate the Holidays With Build-A-Bike® Team Building Activity in Goleta, California
The Build-A-Bike® event gave leaders a chance to work with new teammates. Participants mixed across groups and partnered with colleagues they rarely worked alongside. The room filled quickly with energy as warm-up activities kicked off. The disc game turned fiercely competitive within minutes. Friendly rivalry brought plenty of laughs and nonstop movement.
Holiday touches kept the momentum going throughout the afternoon. Festive hats and props made their way into every challenge. Teams came up with creative holiday-themed names. The cheer contest went all in with chants, costumes, and serious enthusiasm. Competition stayed playful, keeping the mood upbeat and inclusive.
By the end of the event, six bikes stood ready for donation to The Salvation Army. Participants also contributed Angel Tree gifts as part of the holiday effort. A charity representative scheduled bike pickup for the following Tuesday morning. The group wrapped up feeling connected, energized, and proud. The event delivered exactly the kind of experience leaders hoped for.
