HMA hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Bellevue, Washington. The holiday gathering took place at the HMA office on Northrup Way. Forty team members came together to celebrate the season and spend time reconnecting. After recent team changes, the group wanted a chance to mix, socialize, and work together again. The goal was simple: have fun, build something together, and give back locally.

The Build-A-Bike® event gave HMA employees an easy way to reconnect without pressure. Teams formed with colleagues who had not worked together before. Representatives from Treehouse for Kids joined the group and shared their mission. They talked about supporting children in foster care throughout the Seattle area. Dana from Treehouse for Kids helped with bike repairs during the event. Even during a busy week, she stayed flexible and easy to work with. The organization scheduled bike pickup for the following day. The group wrapped up feeling proud of what they accomplished together.
