All in all, it included their new General Manager, Bertrand, and 10 other attendees. The event provided an opportunity for the leadership team to engage in networking and collaboration. SolarEdge Technologies Senior Leadership Team Unites for Build-A-Bike® Event in Milpitas, California
The Build-A-Bike® event took place at the conclusion of day two of SolarEdge’s senior leadership meeting. Following an end-of-quarter toast to celebrate recent accomplishments, the team quickly transitioned into the team-building portion of the day. The group engaged in a series of networking and competition vs. collaboration challenges. Overall, they reinforced the importance of working together, despite their naturally competitive spirits.
With a strong focus on collaboration, the team then worked to assemble four bicycles that would be donated to children in the Dublin school district. The bikes, facilitated through the Assistance League, were earmarked for kids in the foster system or those experiencing homelessness. Despite the competitive energy in the room, the leadership team was quick to support and compliment one another, ultimately completing the task with great enthusiasm and a shared sense of purpose.
The event marked one of the first team-building activities for this high-level group in quite some time, and it provided a unique opportunity to strengthen relationships while giving back to the community. The combination of friendly competition and collaboration perfectly reflected SolarEdge’s values of innovation and teamwork.
We would like to thank SolarEdge Technologies for their generous contribution, and we extend our appreciation to the Assistance League for their ongoing support of children in need.
