HID Global Leadership Connects Through Charity Bike Build Team Event in Stuart, Florida

We split the 65 participants into teams and kicked off the Build-A-Bike® challenge. Leaders worked across regions and responsibilities, comparing ideas and dividing tasks quickly. The room stayed upbeat as teams moved through challenges and earned the parts they needed. Conversations flowed easily, and friendly competition kept everyone focused.

As the builds progressed, collaboration replaced hierarchy. Leaders who usually connect over video calls worked side by side tightening bolts and aligning wheels. Each completed bike earned a round of applause from the group. The activity gave the team a shared win before returning to business discussions.

At the end of the session, the group lined up all 10 finished bikes. Representatives from the Boys & Girls Club of Martin County arrived to accept the donation. Bryan stayed responsive during planning and showed up right on time. He shared a brief message about how the bikes would support local children. The handoff wrapped up the morning on a strong note, and the team left with a memorable close to their Stuart gathering.

We thank HID Global for supporting both leadership development and families in the Stuart community. We also thank the Boys & Girls Club of Martin County for the work they do every day.
