Bank of America wrapped up an unforgettable awards trip with a charity corporate bike build in Santa Barbara, California. More than 150 top-performing Global Personal Banking associates gathered at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara for the final activity of the program. After several days spent recognizing outstanding achievements, the group shifted its attention toward something bigger than themselves. Working together, attendees built 19 bicycles that would be donated to children through Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families. The event blended celebration, teamwork, and community impact into a memorable finish.

Bank of America’s Top Performers Finish Awards Trip With Charity Bike Build in Santa Barbara, California
The Ritz-Carlton Bacara was already buzzing with energy before the challenge even began. This wasn’t a typical group meeting. The room was filled with some of Bank of America’s highest-achieving professionals from across the country. Earning a spot on the trip represented a major accomplishment, and the competitive spirit that helped them get there quickly surfaced once the event got underway.
Associates split into teams and got to work earning bike parts through a series of challenges. The room stayed lively from start to finish. Groups compared strategies, cheered each other on, and raced to stay ahead. With more than 150 people participating, the activity felt fast-moving and full of momentum. As the bikes started taking shape, so did a strong sense of shared accomplishment.
The event closed with a presentation from Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families. Representatives explained how the bicycles would benefit local children and help create positive experiences for families facing difficult circumstances. Hearing those stories helped connect the team’s efforts to a meaningful cause. Kerra, who coordinated the pickup, brought great enthusiasm to the event and helped ensure everything ran smoothly. The donation gave attendees a chance to celebrate their success while making a real difference in the Santa Barbara community.
We would like to thank Bank of America and the Global Personal Banking team for their generosity and enthusiasm throughout the event. We’d also like to thank Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families, along with Kerra, for helping create such a meaningful experience for everyone involved.
