Ategrity Employees Connect Through Build-A-Bike® Team Building Event in Cleveland, Ohio

With employees spread across multiple states, face-to-face time does not happen often. This meeting gave colleagues a chance to reconnect and strengthen relationships. Rather than ending the day with another discussion session, the group jumped into a hands-on challenge that got everyone moving.

Teams exchanged ideas, solved problems, and worked together to earn the parts needed for their bicycles. Friendly competition kept the energy high. At the same time, the activity encouraged people to interact with coworkers outside their usual circles. Conversations flowed naturally as groups worked toward the same goal. Before long, bike frames, wheels, and handlebars started coming together around the room.

The finished bicycles were donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio. While the charity presentation was brief, the purpose behind the event was easy to see. The donated bikes will give local children opportunities for recreation, independence, and fun. For many kids, receiving a new bike becomes a memory that lasts for years. Seeing the completed bicycles lined up at the end of the event provided a rewarding finish for everyone involved.

We give a big thank you to Ategrity for helping support children throughout Northeast Ohio. We’d also like to thank the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio for the important work they do for local youth and families.
