Concert Health Leadership Team Build Bikes For Charity in Las Vegas

Concert Health Leadership Team Build Bikes For Charity in Las VegasConcert Health hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Las Vegas, NV during the opening night reception of the Leadership Live Conference. Fifty team members came together in person—something that doesn’t happen often for this fully remote company. Instead of a typical welcome reception, the group spent the evening working side by side to assemble bikes for local kids. By the end of the night, six completed bicycles were ready for donation.

Concert Health is the leading national behavioral health medical group focused on integrating the Collaborative Care model into existing healthcare practices. The organization works to improve patients’ lives by expanding access to behavioral health services. Concert Health believes every person deserves personalized, high-quality behavioral health support. Their approach allows patients to receive care guided by the healthcare provider they already trust. Through innovation and collaboration, the company helps practices deliver more effective mental health care across the country.

The kickoff to the conference didn’t take long to get moving. Teams formed quickly, and before long, the room shifted from casual networking to full-on problem-solving mode. Each group worked through challenges to earn the parts they needed, which kept everyone circulating, talking, and figuring things out together. For a team that usually connects through screens, the face-to-face interaction added a different kind of energy.

The competition stayed light but lively. Some teams jumped ahead early, while others took a more methodical approach to get everything just right. There were plenty of quick huddles, last-minute adjustments, and a few “we’ve got this… wait, maybe not” moments along the way. As each bike came together, teams started eyeing the finish line—and each other.

Once all six bikes were complete, representatives from the Boys and Girls Club stepped in to accept the donation. Jasmin and her Administrative Specialist, Tahara, arrived early and spent time connecting with the group before sharing a few words. They talked about how much the bikes would mean to the kids they serve, which brought everything full circle. When the bikes rolled forward for the final handoff, the group wrapped up the night with a shared win and a solid start to the conference.

We extend a big thank you to Concert Health for supporting children in the Las Vegas community. We also thank the Boys and Girls Club for their dedication to helping young people thrive.
