The meeting centered on wrapping up the year and setting plans for the next one. Between planning discussions and extracurricular activities, the group wanted a shared experience that felt different. Consilio People Managers Strengthen Collaboration at Build-A-Bike® Bicycle Building Event in Miami, Florida
At Bayshore Club, teams jumped into the Build-A-Bike® challenge with plenty of friendly competition. Managers worked through clues and short challenges to earn the parts needed to complete their bikes. The waterfront setting added a relaxed Miami backdrop, but the pace inside stayed quick.
The activity gave leaders a chance to collaborate without slides or spreadsheets. They compared strategies, divided up tasks, and kept each other on track. As each bike came together, the room responded with cheers and plenty of photos. The shared goal helped the group reset before heading into the next round of meetings.
At the end of the session, the completed bicycles were donated to the Boys & Girls Club of South Beach. Their team joined the group and helped prompt the presentation. The handoff wrapped up the competition with a clear result and a local impact. Managers left with a fun shared experience and a productive close to their Miami gathering.
