The Klein Company participated in a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Norriton, Pennsylvania. With thirty participants representing all three divisions from Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, this event served as a unique opportunity to unite team members from across different regions. The gathering at John Condron provided a collaborative environment where employees worked together to build bicycles that would later be donated to children in need through Not My Child Inc.

With employees traveling from Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, the event fostered cross-regional connections and strengthened the company’s unified culture. Teams engaged in friendly competition as they worked to assemble bicycles, applying problem-solving skills and effective communication throughout the process.
As teams raced to complete their bicycles correctly, the energy in the room reflected The Klein Company’s commitment to excellence and attention to detail—values that have defined their business for over five decades. The collaborative nature of the activity allowed employees from different regions to share insights and build relationships that will enhance their ability to work together moving forward, despite geographical separation.
