Ryan Wrap Up Meeting with Charity Team Building Event in Plano

Ryan Wrap Up Meeting with Charity Team Building Event in PlanoRyan hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Plano, TX to wrap up their two-day meeting on March 31st. Twenty-five participants gathered at Ryan headquarters for a hands-on activity that brought a different kind of energy into the room. This group came from one of Ryan’s tax teams and used the session to connect outside their usual work setting. As a returning client, Ryan picked this program to close things out with something interactive and worthwhile. The event delivered a fun finish while giving the team a shared experience to take with them.

Ryan Closes Out Their 2- Day Meeting with a Build-A-Bike® Charity Team Building Event in Plano

After two full days of meetings, the team shifted gears in a big way. Instead of wrapping up with another discussion, they jumped into a build challenge that got everyone moving. Small teams formed quickly, tools came out, and solving the riddles to earn bike parts kicked off. The setup made it easy for people to work together without overthinking it.

The room stayed lively as teams figured things out on the fly. Some groups focused on speed, while others took a more methodical approach. There was plenty of back-and-forth, a few laughs over missed steps, and a steady stream of progress as bikes started taking shape. It felt less like a formal activity and more like a group project everyone actually wanted to be part of.

The tone shifted toward the end when everything came together. Three children from BGC Collin County joined the group to receive the bikes. That moment changed the feel of the room in the best way. The team saw exactly where their effort was going, which made the experience hit a little differently.

The handoff felt natural and genuine. There was no big production, just a simple moment where the impact became clear. It gave the team a meaningful way to close their meeting and something memorable to carry forward after the event ended.

We want to thank Ryan for continuing to partner with us for their team building events. We also appreciate BGC Collin County for helping create such a memorable experience for everyone involved.
