Norwex Leaders Launch Final Day With Build-a-Bike® Team Building Activity in Calgary, Alberta
At 9:00 AM sharp, seventy-five leaders filled the ballroom at the Fairmont Palliser. We split the group into teams and kicked off the challenge. Each team worked through creative tasks to earn parts and assemble ten bicycles. The competition moved quickly, and the room stayed loud in the best way. Leaders compared strategies, cheered each other on, and hustled to finish their builds. The pressure stayed friendly, but no one held back. Every completed bike earned applause from across the room. The activity delivered a shared win before the group headed back into meetings.
At the end of the session, representatives from The Gift of Christmas arrived to accept the donation. Juliette pulled up in her SUV, ready to load up all ten bikes. She explained how the organization supports more than 400 families each Christmas Eve. Her message stayed brief and practical. The bikes will support families who rely on donations throughout the year. The quick handoff made the impact feel real without slowing down the momentum.
We thank Norwex for wrapping up their leadership meeting with energy and generosity. We also thank The Gift of Christmas for the incredible work they do for families in Calgary.
