Integrity Marketing Group Hosted Charity Bike-Build In Dallas During Leadership Academy

Integrity Marketing Group Hosted Bike Building Team Activity During Annual Leadership AcademyPartners and companies from across the Integrity Marketing Group network gathered for a charity bike-build in Dallas, Texas, at the annual Integrity Leadership Academy. About 100 participants organized into teams and competed through challenges to assemble bicycles sponsored by their partner companies. At the end of the event, the bikes were donated to local Dallas schoolchildren. Integrity coordinated the charitable component directly.

Integrity Marketing Group is one of the nation’s leading providers of insurance and financial services distribution. They connect agents, advisors, and consumers across the United States through a growing network of partner companies. The annual Leadership Academy — known internally as Integrity Throws — brings that network together each year for professional development, strategy, and community impact.

100 Leadership Academy Participants Complete Bike Building Team Activity For Donation

The Integrity Leadership Academy team-building exercise is intentionally kept secret from the participants. That element of discovery creates an immediate spark when Build-A-Bike® is introduced. A group that already thrives on performance and results doesn’t need much encouragement — and this one was competitive from the first challenge.

Participants raced to answer questions correctly and earn bicycle components. They leaned on each other’s knowledge and instincts under time pressure. The friendly competition was real: groups cheered, strategized, and pushed each other toward the finish. What made the event structure distinctive was the sponsorship model. Each company and organization represented at the conference sponsored one bike, giving every partner a direct stake in the outcome.

Integrity coordinated the donation of the completed bikes to local Dallas schoolchildren. Leaders who spent the morning on strategy and growth spent the afternoon building something that went directly into their community. That transfer — from conference room to community — is what makes the Integrity Leadership Academy’s Build-A-Bike® tradition stand out on the annual calendar.

We’d like to thank Integrity Marketing Group for making community giving a cornerstone of the Leadership Academy.

If you’re looking to add a meaningful team-building activity to your next conference in Dallas, a Build-A-Bike® team-building event gives any group a competitive, high-energy experience that ends with a real donation to the local community.
