Red Fox Consulting team unites for Build-A-Bike® event in Atlanta, Georgia

The Build-A-Bike® event provided a refreshing change of pace for Red Fox Consulting’s technically-minded team members on the final day of their kickoff meeting. The activity created an opportunity for engineers and analytical professionals to step outside their typical work environment and engage in a different type of collaborative challenge. Participants were initially organized into separate teams to work on their respective clues, but the experience took a meaningful turn when they were guided to function as one cohesive unit rather than remaining in siloed groups.

During the event, team members enthusiastically embraced the challenge of working together to build bicycles. This approach directly supported Red Fox Consulting’s goal of breaking down barriers between different sectors of the company. As participants collaborated across departmental lines, they developed stronger interpersonal connections while simultaneously contributing to a worthy cause. The shift from competitive to collaborative problem-solving highlighted the importance of cross-functional teamwork and open communication—skills that would translate back to their professional environment. The bicycles assembled during this meaningful team exercise were donated to the Carl E. Sanders Family YMCA, adding purpose to their team-building activities.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Red Fox Consulting for their generous bicycle donations benefiting children through the Carl E. Sanders Family YMCA. We also thank the YMCA for their continued dedication to strengthening communities and supporting youth development.
