With seventy-five participants from around the globe, the team converged in sunny Arizona for meetings and some engaging team building activities. The Build-A-Bike® event offered an excellent opportunity for the globally distributed Object First team to strengthen connections and foster collaboration. As team members from various parts of the world rarely have the chance to work together in person, this event provided valuable face-to-face interaction time. The Valley HO Hotel’s modern amenities and desert ambiance created an inspiring environment for the team to engage in meaningful team building activities. All while enjoying Scottsdale’s famous sunshine!
During the event, teams competed to assemble bicycles, showcasing their problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities. Their collaborative efforts resulted in the successful assembly of ten bikes. All which were then donated to children through the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale. The charitable aspect of the activity added depth and purpose to the team building experience, allowing Object First employees to make a tangible difference in the local community while strengthening their own professional bonds.
